Across Runco's Light Style range, five different projector models take the same lamp: the LS-7, LS-10d, LS-10i, LS-11d and LS-12d. LS7-LAMP supplies this lamp as a complete module, bulb and housing together, so the whole assembly is swapped out rather than just the bulb.

This lamp is also sold as RUNCO-LS7-LAMP, an alternative code for the identical part, so either number confirms a match. Because it is a full module, no work is needed to extract the old bulb from its housing - the entire unit is replaced as one piece when the lamp reaches the end of its life.

Common questions

Does one lamp really fit five different Light Style models?
Yes. The LS-7, LS-10d, LS-10i, LS-11d and LS-12d were built to use the same lamp engine and housing, so LS7-LAMP is the correct part for any of these five Runco projectors.

Is LS7-LAMP the same as RUNCO-LS7-LAMP?
Yes, both codes refer to the same lamp and housing module. Sellers and manuals have listed it under either name, so both are correct when confirming your order.

What symptoms suggest a Light Style projector is due a new LS7-LAMP?
Watch for the picture dimming, colour shifting, or the projector's own lamp warning light. Comparing the hours shown on the projector's lamp timer against typical usage is also a good guide.

Is swapping the LS7-LAMP a job an owner can do at home?
Yes. On most Light Style models the lamp module sits behind an access panel and is held by a small number of screws, making it a straightforward swap without needing to open the rest of the projector.

Should I handle the new lamp with gloves?
It is worth avoiding contact with the glass or reflector surfaces with bare fingers, since oils can mark the glass and affect performance under heat. Handling the module by its housing or frame is the safer approach.

This is a complete module — bulb already seated in its housing, so it drops straight in.
