A 180-day guarantee. Free returns if it doesn't fit.
We sell one category of part, so we can afford to stand behind it properly. Every lamp carries a 180-day guarantee from the day it arrives, and if we get the fitment wrong the return costs you nothing.
If the lamp fails, or dims well below what it should, you choose a replacement or a full refund. No restocking fee on a failed lamp.
Send an unused lamp back within 30 days for a refund. If the box has been opened a restocking fee may apply.
If we shipped a lamp that does not fit the projector you told us about, the return label is on us and the correct part goes out immediately.
Tell us what the lamp is doing — failed outright, dimming, or an error on the projector. A photo of the on-screen message helps.
You get a return reference and a prepaid label where the claim is ours. Nothing goes back without a reference, so it cannot get lost.
Once the lamp reaches us we ship a replacement or refund in full. Replacements go out before the inspection finishes.
- Physical damage to the glass or housing after delivery, including drops and impact.
- Lamps run in a projector with a blocked filter or failed fan — overheating shortens life dramatically and is visible on inspection.
- Normal end of life: a lamp that has run its rated hours has not failed, it has finished.
- Labour, downtime, or any cost beyond the price of the lamp itself.
Before you claim: reset the lamp timer. Most "faulty lamp" reports we investigate turn out to be a timer that was never reset after fitting, which makes a healthy lamp report itself as expired.
