Lamps ship directly from the original equipment factories that supply the projector brands — the same burners, without the middle handling.

Every lamp is verified against your projector model before it leaves the factory, so the part that ships is the part that fits.
Times are working days from dispatch and exclude customs clearance, which is outside our control. If you need a lamp faster than this, contact your nearest desk before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Duties and taxes
Calculated at checkout where our carriers support prepayment, so parcels are not held for payment on arrival. Where prepayment is not available, any duty is payable to the carrier on delivery and we will tell you before you order.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked and signed for. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected, and it updates through to delivery.
Damaged in transit
Lamps are pressurised glass, so everything ships double-boxed. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and email us — a replacement is arranged straight away.
