LG built the J-LBD4 as a single replacement part for four related projectors: the BD430, BD450, BD460 and BD470. It arrives as a complete module, bulb already seated in its housing, so there is no separate lamp to fit into an old carrier. LG also catalogues the identical part as AJ-LBD4.
If your old lamp or the sticker inside the projector reads AJ-LBD4 rather than J-LBD4, both numbers point to the same module, and either one will fit your BD430-series unit correctly. Because this is supplied with its housing, you simply swap the whole assembly rather than transferring a bulb.

Yes. LG has printed this model both as BD430 and BD-430 depending on the production run; both refer to the same projector, so the J-LBD4 module fits either labelling without any difference in fit or performance.
Why does this lamp have two part numbers, J-LBD4 and AJ-LBD4?
LG revised the part code at some point in production, but AJ-LBD4 and J-LBD4 describe the identical module. Either number will get you the correct lamp for the BD430 series, so check whichever one appears on your old unit.
Is the bulb already fitted inside the housing, or do I need to transfer it?
