sp-lamp-027-projector-lamp-module
SP-LAMP-027 projector lamp with module

This module pairs the SP-LAMP-027 bulb with a new housing for the Ask C445, C445+, and the Infocus C445, C445+, IN42 and IN42+. As with the bare bulb version, the plus and non-plus variants all take the same part, so the module fits any of the six listed models without variation.

Buying the module means the housing arrives new rather than being reused from your old lamp assembly, which suits anyone whose current housing is cracked, discoloured or simply unknown in condition. It runs at 285 watts with a 2,000-hour rated life, the same figures as the bare bulb, since the underlying lamp element is identical.

At a glance

Wattage — 285 W

Rated life — 2,000 hours

Type — Projector Lamp with Module

SKU — LA-08119

Compatibility — 6 projector models

Common questions

Is the housing in this SP-LAMP-027 module built for both the C445 and IN42?
Yes, our records show the C445, C445+, IN42 and IN42+ all share the same lamp bay design, so this module's housing fits any of them without modification needed.

Why would I choose this module over the cheaper bare-bulb listing?
If your current housing shows cracking, discolouration or you are simply unsure of its condition, the module removes that risk by supplying a new housing alongside the bulb.

Does the Ask-branded C445+ need a different module to the Infocus C445+?
No, both are listed as sharing the identical SP-LAMP-027 lamp and housing, so this one module is correct for either the Ask or the Infocus version of the projector.

What is the rated wattage and lamp life for this SP-LAMP-027 module?
It runs at 285 watts with a 2,000-hour rated life, matching the bare-bulb listing since both use the same lamp element inside a different housing.

Should the lamp hour counter be reset after installing this module?
Yes, most Infocus and Ask projectors in this family expect the counter to be reset manually from the menu after any lamp change, so it is worth checking your model's settings.
