sp-8nv02gc01-projector-lamp-module
SP.8NV02GC01 projector lamp with module

SP.8NV02GC01 is listed for a single Optoma projector, the EX537R, and arrives as a complete module with the bulb already seated inside its housing. There is no bare-bulb-only version of this listing and no alternative part number recorded for it.

Because this lamp is tied to just one model, the safest way to confirm it is correct is to check that your projector is specifically the EX537R rather than a similarly named unit such as the EX537. Fitting involves removing the old module complete with its housing and installing this one in its place.

At a glance

Type — Projector Lamp with Module

SKU — LA-09762

Compatibility — 1 projector models

Common questions

Is SP.8NV02GC01 also used in the Optoma EX537?
No, this listing is specified for the EX537R only. The standard EX537 uses a separate lamp module, SP.8NV01GC01, so check the R suffix on your projector carefully before ordering.

Why is this lamp only listed for one projector model?
Some Optoma models were sold in relatively limited numbers or used a lamp engine not shared with other projectors in the range, and the EX537R is one of these, hence the single-model listing here.

Does SP.8NV02GC01 come with a housing?
Yes, this is the module version, meaning the bulb is already fitted inside a housing ready to install as one complete assembly, rather than being sold as a bare bulb on its own.

Is SP.8NV02GC01 the one and only reference for the EX537R's module?
Yes, we have no alternative codes recorded for SP.8NV02GC01, so it is the single reference to compare against the lamp currently fitted in your EX537R, whether checking an old label or ordering online.

How do I confirm my Optoma projector is an EX537R and not an EX537?
Check the model number printed on the underside or rear panel of the projector, or in its on-screen information menu, and confirm it reads EX537R rather than EX537 before ordering this module.
