r9801087-projector-lamp-module
R9801087 400W projector lamp module

NEC's PX700W, PX750U and PX800X series, along with the PH1000U, share this 400 W, 2,000-hour R9801087 module with a single Barco projector, the RLM-W12. NEC sold these models under several suffixes over the years, including JD, JD2 and plain-numbered revisions, and all of them are covered by this one part.

This lamp is widely known under NEC's own code, NP22LP, as well as the reference 100013748, so if either of those appears on your existing part, it points to the same R9801087 module. With this many compatible projectors across two brands, it is worth checking your exact model suffix, since NEC issued several near-identical variants of the PX700, PX750 and PX800 lines.

At a glance

Wattage — 400 W

Rated life — 2,000 hours

Type — Projector Lamp with Module

SKU — LA-09628

Compatibility — 30 projector models

Common questions

Is NP22LP the same lamp as R9801087?
Yes, NP22LP is NEC's own code for this module, and 100013748 is a further alternative reference, both describing the identical part we sell as R9801087.

With so many NEC PX and PH model suffixes, how do I confirm the right one?
Match the exact model printed on your projector, including any JD, JD2 or numbered suffix, against our compatibility list, since NEC used several close variants across the PX700, PX750, PX800 and PH1000 ranges.

Does the Barco RLM-W12 really take the same lamp as these NEC models?
Yes, Barco's RLM W12 and RLM-W12 share this same 400 W R9801087 module with the NEC PX and PH1000 series listed here, despite the different brand names.

What service life is quoted for the R9801087 across NEC and Barco models?
It carries a 400 W power rating and a 2,000-hour service life, figures that apply across every compatible NEC and Barco model listed on this page.

Does this part ship as a loose bulb or a ready-to-fit assembly?
It ships as a ready-to-fit module, with the lamp already mounted in its housing, so the whole cartridge is replaced together rather than handling a separate bulb.
