np16lp-projector-lamp
NP16LP bare projector lamp

Few bulbs cover as much ground as the NP16LP, a 265 watt bare lamp rated for 3000 hours that fits ninety separate projectors. NEC's M-series alone runs from the M260WS+ through M420XVG, the P-series covers the NP-P350W and NP-P420X, and the UM-series spans the NP-UM280W+ through NP-UM330XJL-N3, alongside Dukane's ImagePro6133 and ImagePro6133W.

Given the scale of this list, matching your projector's exact model code, including suffixes like the W-WK1 or Wii-N2, against the full compatibility list is the safest way to be sure before ordering. This bulb is also sold as NP17LP, NP16LP-UM, NP17LP-UM, 60003120 or 60003127, all describing the identical bare lamp. It is fitted into the cage already inside your NEC or Dukane projector.

At a glance

Wattage — 265 W

Rated life — 3,000 hours

Type — Bare Projector Lamp

SKU — LA-09588

Compatibility — 90 projector models

Common questions

Why does NP16LP have so many alternative codes?
NEC has reissued this bulb under several numbers over the years, including NP17LP and the UM-suffixed variants, as new projector models in the M, P and UM ranges were released, though all of them describe this same 265 watt bulb.

Does the Dukane ImagePro6133 really take an NEC-numbered lamp?
Yes, the ImagePro6133 and ImagePro6133W are built on NEC's platform, so they use the identical NP16LP bulb sold under NEC's own numbering across this large compatible family.

Is NP16LP a bare bulb or a full module?
It is a bare bulb, supplied without a housing.
