The lamp arrives complete with housing, ready to exchange for the failed unit as a single assembly.

The EA suffix seen on some of these models generally marks a variant for a specific regional market, but it doesn't change the lamp fitted — ET-LAC100 covers the CW230 and CX200 range regardless of the E, EA or U suffix, along with the differently named PT-GW33C.

At a glance

Wattage — 275 W

Rated life — 3,000 hours

Type — Projector Lamp with Module

SKU — LA-09856

Compatibility — 9 projector models

Common questions

Why does the PT-GW33C take the same lamp as the PT-CX200?
Panasonic built the PT-GW33C on the same optical platform as its PT-CW230 and PT-CX200 projectors, so despite the different model name, all nine variants on the fitment list share the ET-LAC100 lamp and housing.

What does the EA suffix mean on PT-CW230EA?
It typically indicates a regional market variant, similar to how the E and U suffixes work on other Panasonic models.
