cp720e-930-projector-lamp
CP720E-930 bare projector lamp

CP720E-930 is a 180-watt bare lamp rated at 2,000 hours, built for five closely related Boxlight projectors: the Beacon, the CP-720e and CP-720es, and the CP-745e and CP-745es. These models share a common lamp bay, so the same bulb serves all five without modification.

We list this lamp under the single code CP720E-930, as no alternative part number has surfaced for it. Being a bare lamp, it is supplied without housing, so it is fitted into the lamp cage already built into your Boxlight Beacon or CP-series projector, and it's worth checking your exact model against the five listed above before ordering.

At a glance

Wattage — 180 W

Rated life — 2,000 hours

Type — Bare Projector Lamp

SKU — LA-08512

Compatibility — 5 projector models

Common questions

Is the Boxlight Beacon really the same projector as the CP-720e?
The Beacon is closely related to the CP-720e and shares its lamp bay, which is why both, along with the CP-720es, CP-745e and CP-745es, take the identical CP720E-930 lamp.

Does the CP720E-930 replace my Boxlight's lamp cage?
No, it is a bare bulb, so it fits inside the housing that is already present in your Boxlight projector rather than replacing that housing.

Has CP720E-930 ever appeared under another listing code?
Not that we have found; CP720E-930 is the only number we know for this lamp, so it is the one to check against your existing lamp or projector documentation.

What's the difference between the CP-720e and CP-745e models?
They are closely related projectors in Boxlight's range that happen to share the same lamp bay, so while the models differ, CP720E-930 fits all five variants covered in this listing.

Any hand-care rules for fitting this Boxlight bulb?
Yes: avoid touching the glass with bare fingers, hold the lamp by its base, and make sure the projector has been switched off and left to cool before you begin.
