60002027-projector-lamp-module
60002027 projector lamp with module

NP4000 and NP4001 owners who need the housing replaced as well as the bulb should look to this module listing of 60002027, also sold as NP04LP. It matches the bare-bulb version's rating of 260W for 2000 hours, but includes the full housing assembly rather than the bulb alone.

60002027 and NP04LP refer to the same lamp regardless of whether you choose this module or the bare-bulb listing; the difference is simply whether the housing is included. Choose this version if your NP4000 or NP4001's housing shows wear alongside the lamp itself. With just two compatible projectors, there's little ambiguity once you've confirmed your model name against the NP4000 or NP4001.

At a glance

Wattage — 260 W

Rated life — 2,000 hours

Type — Projector Lamp with Module

SKU — LA-09610

Compatibility — 2 projector models

Common questions

What's the difference between this listing and the bare NP4000 lamp?
This one includes the housing, so the complete assembly is replaced together. A bare-bulb listing under the same codes, 60002027 and NP04LP, is available if only the lamp needs changing.

Should I choose the module version if I'm not sure about my housing's condition?
If in doubt, the module version is the safer choice, since it replaces both parts. The bare-bulb version assumes your existing housing is still sound.

Do the NP4000 and NP4001 share this same lamp?
Yes, both take 60002027, whether ordered as this module or as the bare bulb. NEC didn't differentiate the lamp between the two models, only whether the housing is included.

What are the wattage and rated life for this NP4000 module?
260W, rated for 2000 hours, the same figures that apply to the bare-bulb version, since both use the identical bulb inside a different housing arrangement.

Is NP04LP an older code than 60002027?
They're simply two names NEC has used for the same lamp; neither is more current than the other.
