331-1310-projector-lamp-module
331-1310 projector lamp with module

Dell's S500 family covers three related projectors: the standard S500, the S500 Ultra Short Throw variant, and the S500wi. The 331-1310 module fits the lamp bay shared across all three, delivering a 280-watt bulb rated at 2500 hours as a single assembly with its own housing already attached.

You may see this module quoted as 725-10263, KT74N, or the combined 331-1310 / 725-10263, but each refers to the same part. Because it's a module, there's no need to check the condition of your existing housing separately; the whole unit, bulb and housing, is replaced together.

At a glance

Wattage — 280 W

Rated life — 2,500 hours

Type — Projector Lamp with Module

SKU — LA-08760

Compatibility — 3 projector models

Common questions

Does the S500 Ultra Short Throw use a different lamp to the standard S500?
No, both the standard S500 and the Ultra Short Throw variant, along with the S500wi, share the same lamp position, so the 331-1310 module fits all three.

What does KT74N refer to?
KT74N is an alternative reference for this same module, alongside 725-10263. Either number on your projector's documentation matches the 331-1310 listed here, so you can order with confidence regardless of which one appears on your paperwork.

Since it's a module, do I still need my old housing?
No, the 331-1310 module supplies a complete new bulb and housing assembly, so the old one is removed and replaced as a whole, leaving nothing from the original assembly still fitted inside the projector afterwards.

How long is the bulb in this module rated for?
It's rated at 2500 hours running at 280 watts, figures that apply across the S500, S500 Ultra Short Throw and S500wi, so the same expectations hold no matter which of the three variants you're fitting it to.

What should I check to confirm my S500 variant?
Check the model badge or the projector's on-screen menu for S500, S500 Ultra Short Throw or S500wi; the 331-1310 module fits the lamp bay on all three without variation.
