1730041-projector-lamp
1730041 bare projector lamp

Part number 1730041 is a bare lamp listed against three Sahara projectors: the AV2107, S2107 and S3107. Since it supplies the bulb rather than a full housing, it is intended to be fitted inside the cage that already sits in your projector, keeping the rest of the assembly unchanged.

This same lamp also carries the reference 3797042300-S, a code you may find printed on the housing or in older documentation for the AV2107 range. Because this is a bare lamp, check that your projector's housing is still in good condition before fitting, since the new bulb relies on it for alignment.

At a glance

Type — Bare Projector Lamp

SKU — LA-10124

Compatibility — 3 projector models

Common questions

What is the difference between the Sahara S2107 and S3107?
Both are separate models in the Sahara S-series, but they are listed against the same 1730041 lamp here, alongside the related AV2107, so you can order the same part for any of the three.

Is 3797042300-S a separate lamp from 1730041?
No, it is the same lamp under a second reference. Sahara equipment has sometimes been relabelled with a different code over time, so we list both here to make it easier to match against whatever number appears on your unit.

Do I need to replace the housing along with this lamp?
No. This is a bare lamp, so the housing already fitted in your AV2107, S2107 or S3107 stays in place; only the bulb itself needs swapping.

How do I check I have the right Sahara model before ordering?
Look for the model name printed on the projector's badge or rating plate, since AV2107, S2107 and S3107 can look similar from a distance. All three take the same 1730041 lamp, so confirming the name mainly avoids confusion with other Sahara ranges.

Since this listing uses a generic photo, how do I know I'm ordering the right lamp?
Match the part number 1730041 or the alternative code 3797042300-S against your existing lamp or housing label rather than relying on the picture, since the photo shown is a generic placeholder rather than a photo of this exact lamp.
