151-1025-00-projector-lamp
151-1025-00 bare projector lamp

Listed as 151-1025-00, this bare lamp supplies the replacement bulb for three Runco models: the VX-1000C, VX-4000C and VX-5000C. It is rated at 250 watts and 2,000 hours, matching the specification of the housed 151-1026-00 module used on the related Ci and d variants, but this version has no housing attached.

Because this is a bare lamp, it is designed to be fitted into the carrier or cage already inside your projector rather than replacing the housing as a whole. The only other code recorded for this bulb is RUPA-004900. Check that number, or 151-1025-00 itself, against the lamp you are removing before ordering.

At a glance

Wattage — 250 W

Rated life — 2,000 hours

Type — Bare Projector Lamp

SKU — LA-10098

Compatibility — 3 projector models

Common questions

Will this lamp fit my Runco VX-4000d?
No. This bare bulb, 151-1025-00, is made for the VX-4000C, not the VX-4000d. The C and d variants use different lamp assemblies, so check the exact suffix on your projector's model plate before ordering.

Why does this listing not include a housing?
The VX-1000C, VX-4000C and VX-5000C keep their lamp housing in place when the bulb is changed, so only the bare lamp needs replacing. This keeps the cost down compared with buying a full housed module.

Is RUPA-004900 a different lamp to 151-1025-00?
No, RUPA-004900 is another code that has been used for the same bulb. Both numbers refer to this one lamp, so either can be used to confirm you are ordering the correct part.

What life expectancy does the 151-1025-00 carry?
It carries a rated life of 2,000 hours at 250 watts. This is the manufacturer's rated figure for normal operation rather than a guarantee, since actual lamp life depends on how the projector is used.

Anything to verify before this bulb goes into my VX-1000C?
Confirm the projector model is one of the three listed here, then match the code on your old bulb to 151-1025-00 or RUPA-004900. Handle the new bulb by its base or housing rather than the glass.
